Stuart C. Henderson is Honored by Minnesota Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers
Western National Insurance Group is pleased to announce that Stuart C. Henderson, President and Chief Executive Officer, has been named "Insurance Company Executive of the Year - 2004" by the Minnesota Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers (MIIAB). The award was presented at the Annual Convention of the MIIAB held in Minneapolis, Minnesota on April 28, 2004.
Stuart was honored for providing leadership over the last two years resulting in a period of dramatic improvement in Western National's financial results.
In accepting the recognition, Stuart told the luncheon audience "The accomplishments of the recent past are not the result of the efforts of just one person. It takes the hard work and dedication of all our employees, and of our loyal agent partners, to create the tremendous story that is Western's reality today." Stuart also reminded the audience, "Financial strength is not a goal in and of itself. Rather, it is important because so many people are counting on us to fulfill our promises and to serve our constituencies. For our policyholders, financial strength means we rebuild or replace homes and cars, and we protect business from the ruin that may result from accidental injuries they may cause to others".
