Direct Bill - Commercial Lines
The following plans are currently available for Commercial Lines policies:
Full-Pay Options
The following policy types must be paid in full up front (no installment options are available):
- Commercial property (Fire and Package) policies billed to your mortgage company
All other Commercial Lines policy types may be billed on either a full-pay or installment option payment plan.
Installment Options
Installment options are listed by policy type. When you select an installment plan, we’ll waive the first month’s installment fee. All remaining installments for the policy term are charged a $5.00 installment fee.
