LOSS REPORTING: To report a new loss, we request our policyholders report all new losses directly to their agent. Our Agent Locator can help you find your agent's phone number. If you are unable to report the loss to your agent, please use one of the following options. All claims being reported by one of these options outside of business office hours will be acknowledged the following business day.

Emergency Reporting:

If you have an EMERGENCY that can not wait until the next business day, (this includes all property fire losses) you can call (952) 835-5350 or (800) 862-6070 for assistance from our on call adjuster, who is available 7 days a week. Any call after 10:00 PM will be returned at 8:00 AM the following morning.

Any person can call in the claim; the agent, insured or even the glass vendor. One call will verify coverage, schedule the appointment and handle the bill (subject to your deductible, if applicable).
