Western National seeks a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to fill a No-Fault Adjuster position in our Claims Department.

The No-Fault Adjuster will provide quality investigation and analysis to adjust first party No-Fault and Med-Pay claims to proper conclusion from the Edina Office. Responsibilities include investigating coverage eligibility and exposure, file management, analyzing eligibility of claims, and authorizing payment within guidelines of each state's laws and Fair Claims Practices Act.

A high school diploma or equivalent, minimum five years of property and casualty insurance experience, thorough knowledge of Auto No-Fault and Med Pay policies, proven understanding of medical terminology, and excellent customer service skills are required.

A Bachelor’s degree, minimum two years of No-Fault claims experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently are preferred.

This individual will rate, update, and revise policies as needed, email quotes to agents, and assist underwriters in rating procedures and premium determination.

Requirements include a college degree or equivalent experience, minimum three years experience in commercial property and casualty environment, prior rating and ISO CLM experience, strong data entry skills, PC knowledge, the ability to work well in a team setting or independently as needed, and the ability to meet required deadlines.
