JANUARY
Our offices held appreciation lunches earlier this year in acknowledgement of the breadth of contributions by employees across all our offices to meet several of our internal goals. Everyone enjoyed the opportunity to celebrate, connect, and reflect on all the work they accomplished together.
FEBRUARY
Our Anchorage team held a friendly competition with agents to see who could collect the most diapers for the Community Diaper Pantry. A grand total of 5,545 diapers were donated!
Our Sales and Underwriting Teams in Seattle enjoyed a fun team-building event at Seattle Makers. Each team member created a custom design that was laser cut into a coffee tumbler for a fun souvenir.
In February, our Group, across Anchorage, Lansing, Madison, Seattle, and the Twin Cities, gathered in person and virtually for our annual All Employee Meeting.
We welcomed Mike Eruzione, 1980 U.S. Olympic Hockey Team Captain, as our keynote speaker. Our employees also appreciated the opportunity to reflect on the previous year’s successes.
APRIL
To welcome the beginning of spring, our Twin Cities office held a “Pop into Spring” event, giving our team members a chance to connect and enjoy delicious popcorn from Highland Popcorn.
In April, our Anchorage team celebrated Earth Day by planting succulents at the office. It was a great opportunity to make a small impact around the office while having fun.
The Power 10 Award represents the top ten agencies of highest honor across our Group’s 15-state footprint. These agencies exemplify exceptional achievement and excellence in serving our mutual policyholders.
