Ward’s 50

I am pleased to share that Western National was once again named to the Ward’s 50 Benchmark Group of top-performing U.S. property-and-casualty companies. This is the 17th consecutive year that we have had the pleasure of being recognized as a top performer in the industry. This recognition would not be possible without the important work of our agency partners and employees, as well as the continued trust and support of our mutual policyholders. Thank you for all you do to help Western National remain a top carrier in the industry.

A.M. Best Top 200 P&C Companies

Western National has again been included in A.M. Best’s list of the Top 200 U.S. Property-and-Casualty Companies. Western National is #83 – 9 spots higher than our ranking in 2024.

Top Workplace

Once again, Western National was named one of the Top 200 Workplaces in Minnesota based on an employee survey project from the Star Tribune. Top Workplaces recognizes the most progressive companies in Minnesota based on employee opinions, measuring engagement, organizational health, and satisfaction. This is the fifth year in a row that Western National has been recognized. This recognition reflects our culture of collaboration, respect, and a shared commitment to excellence. We are grateful to our amazing employees for making Western National Insurance Group a top workplace!

Thank You for Your Feedback

This summer, we sent out our annual Agency Survey that asks about your satisfaction with our Group’s service in areas such as underwriting, claims, customer service, communications, and more. We were pleased to see an increase in our Net Promoter Score (NPS). This year, over 50% of our agency partners who responded to the survey rated our customer service above average. We also received helpful commentary about our technology, which reinforced many system features and processes that we are actively working to address. These comments allow for continuous improvement across all areas of our business. Thank you for your feedback and participation!
