Western National provides a three phased training program, including classroom and hands-on training, designed to teach you the fundamentals of insurance and claims in both our Claims & Underwriting Trainee programs.
Trainee Opportunities
As an Underwriting Trainee, you will learn how to assess risks, determine policy terms, and develop pricing strategies, all while being mentored by our experienced underwriters. As a Claims Trainee, you will gain expertise in investigating claims, evaluating policy coverage, and negotiating settlements, under the guidance of our experienced claims professionals.
