AM Best Affirms Ratings for Western National Insurance Group; Michigan Millers Rating Outlook Updated to “Positive”

(Minneapolis, Minn.) Western National Insurance Group announced today that AM Best Company has affirmed the Group’s “A+” (Superior) financial strength rating as well as affiliate Michigan Millers Mutual Insurance Company’s “A” (Excellent) financial strength rating. AM Best also upgraded Michigan Millers Insurance Company’s rating outlook from “Stable” to “Positive”, in anticipation of Michigan Millers joining the Western National pool effective January 2026.
