Earlier this summer, we sent out our annual Agency Survey that asks about your satisfaction with our Group’s service in areas such as underwriting, claims, customer service, communications, and more. Thank you to all who participated – over 1,100 responses! – and helped provide feedback via ratings and comments. In addition to other key topics, many comments focused on the speed and performance of our newer personal lines quoting system, and our team has begun work on action items to address this topic.
