Our Marketing & Agency Sales Team is Growing!

We are excited to welcome three new members to our Marketing & Agency Sales Team. We're dedicated to fostering successful agency relationships and ensuring the highest level of service is available to you as a valued agency partner. The addition of Brett, Joe, and Mariah enables us to build a more robust and dynamic sales force for our Group. We look forward to all we’ll accomplish with these three individuals and the rest of our talented team working together.

Brett Purcell joins us as Vice President of Agency Sales & New Business Development – Western Region. Brett comes to Western National with over 20 years of property-and-casualty insurance experience. Prior to joining Western National, Brett was a Regional Vice President & Sales Officer for Secura Insurance. Before that, he held various roles in sales, underwriting, and claims in the industry.

Joe Smith joins us as Director of Sales, a new position at Western National. Joe brings over 15 years of property-and-casualty experience to Western National, most recently as a Regional Sales Manager at Secura Insurance. Prior to that, he held roles with sales and claims at Secura and Cincinnati Insurance, respectively.

Mariah Bevers joins us as an Internal Regional Agency Manager, another new position at Western National. Beginning her insurance career as an Internal Sales Manager at Jewelers Mutual, Mariah has worked as a Sales Technology Manager leading system implementations and served in leadership positions for several insurance carriers over the years.
